IPO 500v2 vers 7 with VM pro. The customer has decided to get some custom wav files done, and wants to use them for queuing. However, instead of re-recording the "you are in queue position" followed by their own recording of "one, two" etc. They have recorded "you are currently ?th in the queue". Is it possible to get the VM to recognise the queue position, then play their custom prompt?

Thanks.

You can test/check the $QPOS variable and play the correct file accordingly :)

I can't see $QPOS or $POS in the list of variables, was it available in version 7?, or do you just type it in?

Try $POS, but it's only available in queued/still queued start points obviously :)

Or if really lazy, use the QPOS-box which has this feature built-in.
(It says Custom Number prompts, but obviously you're not limited to record only numbers). You can even put in post-number prompts.

This features are grayed out unless working in a Queued/Still Queued mod.

Kind regards

Gunnar
