We recently connected an IP500 with several other sites via VOIP, everything went fine except when I try to dial an extension at another site the VM greeting of user I am calling from picks up after about 2 rings, not the VM of the phone I am calling. Any help would be appreciated, we have had this isse before but can't recall how we fixed it.

that generally means the voicemail is confused and does not know what extension you are calling. is the SCN connected and up?

We can Ping each location and the scn extension we are dialing shows up on the display for a few seconds, so I know that the systems at least see each other.....thanks for your reply.

Duplicated user names or extensions perhaps
You need to have unique names and extensions is a SCN !
