Dear All,

Great site and totally invaluable!

Now i have got the sicophancy out of the way, would like to ask a question.

What is the process to call a VMPro plan from inside the Manager Application?

I currently have a Night Service Hunt Group configured and I would like it to call am VMPro plan when it is dialled. I know how to do this on a DDI number (the termination extension for the DDI is set to VM:vmpro_module_name). This is not the case for the Hunt Group setup as it refuses to call the VMPro plan.

I am currently using IP Office Manager 4.1 (27) and VMPro 2.0.17

Any help would be much appreciated.

Phil

You need to create a hunt group entry in VM pro start points
this will then activate when the group goes to VM
