VM PRO: problems with remote access

Hi,

I have a problem with accessing VM remotely (e.g. mobile).
I have setup an incoming route with destination Voicemail, assigned a certain number (DID number) for VM access, and route that number to Voicemail. I've entered VM code in User/Voicemail, but it doesn't work.

I've also tried with "trusted location". In source number I put V before mobile number) , but it says again: "Remote access is not configured on this mailbox".

Any ideas?

I know this sounds silly but I have had this problem loads of times, and quite often just restaring the VMPro server seems to sort

Look at all the power options on the VMail Pro PC. Make sure that nothing powers down or goes into stand-by mode. Also check the settings on the network card. Make sure it is hard coded for Half Duplex and 100 Base Tx.
