I am having an issue at one of my sites where occasionally messages recorded to a VM Pro mailbox are suffering very poor sound quality.
The system is a IP 500 V2 running 10.0.0.3.0 build 5.
The VM Pro is running on a Windows 10 machine.
The lines are SIP on a dedicated fibre connection. ( We have changed carrier to attempt to resolve. )
When the issue occurs it is always a caller who speaks very softly.
The poor recordings sound like the lower levels of speech are being dropped out.
The callers are from various carriers.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
