VM Pro Play config menu action

My play config menu works ok for internal users, but i want to give all staff the same number to dial from external to access the configuration menu.

How can i get the user to input their mailbox number then use that input in a variable?

Point the incoming number to a callflow that hits a menu prompt first that asks them to enter their extension. Add a touch tone entry of 2?? (for 3 digit extensions that start with 2) that connects to your Play Configuration Menu token. Set the specific mailbox to $KEY and you're off to the races.

Just a word of warning with this feature.. If a user enters a password wrong 3 times it can shut VM services down.. It is a bug and is fixed in VM pro 2.1.10
