VM Pro pin numbers

Hi All,

Heres a weird one! IP Office 412 with VM Pro, periodically all VM pin numbers as well as conferencing pins reset and have to be changed again. Anyone any ideas?

IP occice V5 VM Pro V7, just found this out from customer who upgraded themselves. Explained that this could be an issue, what do you think
