I just installed a UC module to upgrade a customer from Embedded. The upgrade went fine and everything seems to be working except for the out calling. The 500 and UC are both at 11.0.4. Previously they had no issue with out calling but now I cant get it working. I opened VMPro app and connected to the ip of the UC mod. I go to users, right click and click administer. I add the number in there and enable it. But still no out calling. Any advice?

Check manager > system > voicemail.

There is a tick box 'enable outcalling'

Out calling was previously working on imbedded. However, I checked and I see that out calling is checked.

The source number is for callback, slightly different from outcalling.

Callback is a single number and no user controls for on/off/when/etc. Outcalling support user control through their mailbox (and admin control by right-clicking on their mailbox in the VMPro client).

Note, even though you've enabled it at the system level, it needs to be enabled for each user through their mailbox settings. See
The VMPro client preferences also has a tab with the default times and frequency for outcalling operation.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

What I don't understand is:

I opened VMPro app and connected to the ip of the UC mod.
I go to users, right click and click administer. I add the number in there and enable it. But still no out calling. Any advice?

Which APP do you mean? The VM pro client?

Because I don't see any outcallin options there.

As far as I know you should enable this via the phone menu (pain in the *ss)...

Also make sure VM pro is running in intuity mode.

Yes, I used the VM Pro Client. Navigated to users, right clicked, and set up the outcaling in the individual user mailboxes with default time outs, frequency and all those settings. It is running in intuity mode.
