Hi All,

Got a customer who has a help line and they want a customer to leave a message in a mailbox and then the system out dials to an on call engineer with the message, I know how to do this with VM pro and out calling etc but this only goes to one mobile. What they want is if the first mobile doesn't answer it goes to a second and then a third mobile and this is the bit i don't know if possible. Does anyone have a solution to this issue or has completed something similar?

Thanks

That is possible with vmpro.
Searc a bit beter in the help :)

Are you talking VM PRO and just questioning the choice for Mobile vs Desk, etc? I am not sure if it matters if you use Desk and enter a cell number. Can't recall if I did it. You may need to add a few pauses at the end to give the cell time to start ringing.

If you are talking Embedded, it's only one outcall number, although I have used the voicemail to email feature and entered a text number (i.e. Verizon 3032477000@vtext.com) or and email address to hit a second person in addition to outcalling.

Not sure if that would help.

Please, read the quetion before responding. The men said he knows how to do that on VM Pro so inthis case we are talking EVM which does not have this feature. at best it does email alerts/forwerding.

I read it a bit different Cor.

He knows how to do this to ONE mobile. But he wants it to more mobiles. First attempt to mobile 1, second to mobile 2 etc.

It is possible in VM pro, bit of a hassle with counters, but possible.

Rdoubrava Has hit it. (I am sure that was what tlepter was hinting at as well)
no fancy programming required at all, but only available in intuity* mode

*Actualy last time I checked you could only set the alerts in intuity mode but if you then switched back to IP office mode they still worked

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Yes i was.
I have done this once and yes intuity mode is required.
It works very well.
