VM Pro/OneX Upgrade R11

Hi team, I've got a site with IPO running on R10.1 (upgraded recently) and the VM Pro/One X running on R8XX, I've been looking at the ipofficekb but cannot find the steps to upgrade both applications. They both running on windows.

I'm thinking R11 for all 3 as I want to use the same Win PC.

Any help suggestion would be appreciated

The VmPro upgrade: full backup of your wav files and call flows including the Names, Greetings and Accounts folders

then run the upgrade to R11

it will most likely all be still there but should anything be missing use the backup.

One-x portal upgrade: do a full backup via Superuser - run the upgrade

One-x has not a lot of settings and users can if need be change most of them on their own so I never worry about it and just run it.

Are you going to go to R11.0 or R11.1?
To go to R11.1 you will need to convert the Windows version to app server as Windows version doesn't exist in R11.1.

Otherwise the upgrade process to go to R11.0 is the same basic process as upgrading any other version.
