vm pro on xp or 2003

I am doing a new install of vm pro but will be putting on contact centre on the same machine. is 2003 recommended or is xp ok?

I would use 2003. i dont think CCC will even run on XP

XP Pro will be fine. Just have MEGA STORAGE and a compatable DVD+RW.

A server for this will be over kill.
