I have a very strange problem and hope someone might know whats going on.
If I allocate a Hunt Group in Source Numbers for a User they can gain access to that mailbox without any problems, but I have 1 Hunt Group Mailbox that does not work.
When the user clicks in Phone Manager to Dial the Mailbox for Hunt Group it Calls the Hunt Group not the Mailbox.
So IE:
Karlie is in hunt group CC.
Rob is in Hunt Group AC
if I add AC to source numbers for Karlie as "HAC" she can get to the Voicemail for AC, But If I add "HCC" to Rob it calls the hunt group.
Has anyone ever seen this?

So if you had HCC to Karlie it works?

If I add anyone to the Source Number HCC it Dials the Hunt Group.
If I add H[another hunt group] to any user then it dials that hunt groups mailbox.
So I think its something to do with the mailbox but I can't see any problems with it.

Very strange

1st check the Mailbox name - is there a possibility of a space on the end of the name, his can cause lots of issues.

after that try rebooting the VM server just to ensure it is synced fully
