VM Pro not working

I just loaded VM Pro on our server and tried logging in but an error window come up and says VM Pro is not on this system. What did I forget to do? Where do i find the install instructions?
 
Is the service running? Did you run the firewall tool? Ever heard of marketingtools.avaya.com/knowledgebase?

The services were not running. Once the services were started it came up. I also downloaded the install manual from the Avaya Support Site. Thanks intrigrant.
