VM Pro message has to play before call is presented

When the caller calls my 800 number, he is forced to listen to the entire 86 second message before it is presented to the first Customer Service Rep. What do I need to do in VM Pro to make it so that while the message is going the call is presented to my agents without having to wait until the message finished?
 
Since that's not default operation we would really have to know how the message was setup as it can be done in several ways. It's also your message so why are you playing it? If it's not important, remove it totally and replace it with announcements (set up via IP Office Manager).



Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
Hunt group announcements on 1 second.
Record your announcement in vmrpro under announcements.
