Running VM PRO in Intuity mode and have a request to change our auto attendant. We are looking for a setup where a caller can press 1 for marketing, 2 for sales, 3 for AP, etc. The problem I am having is that we have 3 digit extensions and are using 100's-700's. So when I setup the VM Pro Auto Attendant Menu to route a touch tone of 1 to a Transfer Ext option the caller will always be routed to the Transfer Ext action even if they dial 106 instead of just 1. Is there a way to introduce a pause after the digits are entered by the caller before completing the action or any other way to accomplish what we are looking for?
Thanks!

Sure, for example for 1 and 1xx extns you add another menu with ?? added as a dtmf option, then use the timeout for routing the normal path of someone selecting option 1 and connect the ?? To a transfer action of 1$KEY then connect the 1 from the first menu to this menu :)

Here is a visual of what amriddle was talking about...pretty simple procedure!
