VM Pro Leave Message DTMF

Anybody know if possible to disable or ignore DTMF/Key press actions while caller is leaving message in SE/VM r9.1? No Breakouts are configured and having an issue with callers inadvertently or purposely pressing keys while leaving messages which stops the recording and brings up various options depending on which key is pressed. I always thought pressing the # key for more options was only allowed.

Try customizing the Default | Leave start point's callflow with a Listen action.
