VM Pro internal calls to an extension going back to the callers mailbox 1

Hello I'm having a problem where when you call a certain extension, instead of the call going to that extensions mailbox, the call goes back to the callers mailbox instead.

Well it was only basic fault diagnostic procedure

As a broadcast engineer who also handles the phone system you saved me a lot of time poking around in the convoluted mailbox options menu. I guess the last resort would have been a restart as it only seem to have effected one extension.
