I am having a little problem. I have set up conditions for Christmas and generic holidays (ie. New Year's, Thanksgiving, ect.)

I have set up the calendar condition and picked my days but I do not want the whole day to be on that condition (ie. closing at noon). How do I add time profile to that condition also?

Thanks for your help!

You need to create another condition for times. Then add that after the date check and route accordingly afterwards.

I prefer the inbuild IPO timeprofiles as amriddle_No_1 does although my collegues hang on to use conditions as they still use $ACD and "Voicemail shortcode", stupid nerds....

for me it all depends on the software level & cust requirements

Somtimes IPO time tables are best, others it is easire to use the VM Pro confitions.

The trick is identifying which is which (Today I have to work on a really buggered up a system which has mixed the two simply to sort out xmass/new year messaging :-( )

If the only tool you have is a hammer every problem looks like a nail.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
