I have a large SCN network 8.1 Vm Pro
a few random HG's are having an issue with false readings with visual voice messages PitGroup 1/8/0
System status is also showing incorrect reading.
If I drill down into the VM Pro folder everything is correct or if you use *17 0 New 2 read 0 saved (but the message waiting light stays on thinking it has 1 new message).
If you select Visual V on the phone its incorrect on the first display until you select the actual HG and then it updates correctly.
I have upgraded/rebooted and now I will rebuild the Huntgroups but it seems to return over a period of time.
My question
Is it possible to find this folder in VM Pro somewhere? "CMVoiceMailStatus" this is providing the false info even tho the account folder is correct.I looked around but didnt have any luck.
CMVoiceMailStatus
Line: type=IPLine 250 Call: lid=0 id=-1 in=0
Called[PitGroup Msgs=1 Old=8 Sav=0] Type=Default (100) Reason=CMDRdirect Calling[00000001] Type=Default Plan=Default
Display [PitGroup Msgs=1]
