How can I forward a message automatically from one mailbox to another? I don't want the caller to know that the message is being forwarded.

in vmpro
user, or group

add start point, leave action

connect leave start point to leave mail action, specific tab the mailbox number of the mailbox you want the message in.

it plays the greeting, then records the message to the box you put in the specific tab.

For some reason when I try that, I get the greeting of the mailbox that's in the destination. I want them to get the greeting of the mailbox they are calling and then have the message moved.

Create a Hunt Group with the destination mailbox as the only member.

Check Broadcast

Create a custom start point as suggested above but use the Hunt Group instead.

It will play the hunt group greeting but leave the message in the user mailbox.
