Hi All,

Got a customer who had an issue the VM pro server crashing and i need to reload the VM onto a new server, I have a copy of the Program Files folder containg all the AVAYA stuff and i want to know which files I need for the actual callflow as i don't have a copy of the MDB fie

You need the MDB file VMdata.mdb or you wont be able to edit the call flows

Is the old server still available ? if so you should be able to open VM Pro client & export the call flows.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

If the OS is the same and the VM Pro version is the same then install VM Pro on the new server, stop the VM Pro service and copy your backup files over the new installation.
Start VM Pro service and you're done.
