VM Pro Email notification

Since upgrading to IPO 2.1.27 & VM Pro 2.1.14 SMTP voicemail email notification has stopped working. Double checked all settings but still no joy.
Anyone any ideas???

Just FYI -

I have set up Voicemail Email Notification on a new install of IP Office 2.1.27 and VMPro 2.1.14 and it is working fine. Also the embedded mail using the IMS Client to administer the mailbox messages is working well. Not sure if it is an upgrade issue. There are alot of configs to do, but I followed the recent documentation and it worked out fine.

Wooo Hooo! I got it working with 2.1(27) and 2.1(14)VMpro

I followed the FAQ instructions faq940-5284 and don't understand why it made a difference but it's working now. The server is also more secure since it's not the admin account being used. I also found that flipping the SMTP to MAPI and back again under the VM Pro program, General Preferences (not the VMPro control panel) helped fix the older version before using the FAQ for the new version.

Don't forget to verify the log on setting for the VMPro service if you log onto the PC as Voicemail like the FAQ. Otherwise the service can't startup due to incorrect log on info.
