In the Licence Key field on manager it should say valid

Run the Voicemail Pro console. This will show the Voicemail Pro's view of the licenses. You may have to reboot one or either to provoke a recheck.
Open the Windows Control Panel and select Administrative tools.
Double-click on Services.
Locate the Voicemail Pro Service.
Double-click on the service to display its properties.
Click on the Log On tab.
Under Log on as:, select Local System Account and then tick Allow service to Interact with desktop.
Click OK.
Stop and restart the service using the icon.
Following the service restart the Voicemail Professional Server console window should appear.
Click on Run.
Open the Windows Control Panel and select Administrative tools.
