I've searched the forum but don't see this issue addressed anywhere. Customer only uses an auto attendant after hours, so in all cases they want callers to go directly to a mailbox instead of ringing the phone for the allocated answer interval.
Right now it's setup w/ a Menu touch tone option of 1?? which goes to a transfer action. Could I associate the 1?? to go to a leave mail action? How would I setup the leave mail action, if this would even work?
