I have IP Office with VM Pro Client 3.1[21] and it is set up and working , but my problem is when you call in after hours and get the A.A. and asked to go to the dial by name directory you enter the name it tells you who you want then transfers you to ext. # 200 all calls do this in the dial by name directory but not if you know the ext. # ,any one have any ideas ?
 
Do you have your destination in the specific tab set to $KEY

Delete the dial by name action, and the transfer, or leave mail action.


recreate the dial by name, and the leave mail, then link them. Try it again. If you do not choose to allow users, or groups, it will not allow transfers to them.
