My boss is upset at a particular feature of VM Pro's message playback. He despises how the system tells you all of the caller's info (number, date & time of the call, etc...) before the message.

Most of the time he doesn't want to hear all of that stuff. He'd rather it be presented after the message since that way you'll know if you want to hear the detailed call info or not.

He can press 0 to skip it, but his point is that he doesn't know if he wants to skip it or not. Hence my question: Is there any way to have the call info played at the end of the message?

If not, is there a way to remove the call info from the message entirely (IOW, they could possibly get it at the end of the message via a shortkey combo)?

Set the VM-Pro server from intuity mode to ip-office mode.
You only have to look that its not set in intuity for a special reason.
Custumors like the ip-office mode more.

Or in Intuity mode, try 7 for scan mode and then 3 for messages only.
