VM Pro - Can I do This

Ask The caller to key in their postcode. (For Digits)

Then based on the keyed postcode transfer the number to a hunt group

Any ideas how I would set this up. I'm using VM Pro 1.4 (10)

This could be done with numerical digits only, or you can use the new text to speach.....the caller can then speak there post code in this would then be matched against a DB and checked then routed accordingly, expensive way as several licenses would be requried....i.e 3rd party DB etc

TextTo speach will read a text file - the ipo fdoes not suport voice recognition!

you will need to make a menu that will route calls based on digits entered. touch tone entrys can be added for multiple digits & ? cn be used as a wild card.
however you may still have to enter a large number of routes to cope with all posible post codes
