We have a client experiencing delayed delivery of Campaign messages. This is not a new issue, it happened when they were on Release R7 - we upgraded them to R8.0 and I didn't hear about the issue (this doesn't mean it didn't exist - I just didn't hear about it), and last week we updated them to R9 SP3 with the Critical Patch from 7/15. This morning I was told they are experiencing delays in the delivery of their campaign messages. Their customer support members have a button on their phones, Call Park 8, that lights when there is a new campaign message left. They listen to them daily. This morning the light was lit and the message was from May. As well, the messages are not playing back in the order they are received, the received date/times are skipping around. I spoke with the client and he did apply some windows updates and restart the voicemail server last night. He said it seems to occur whenever after they've restarted the server.
