VM Pro Auto Daylight Savings

Is there a way of having voicemail pro modules automatically switch daylight savings time? ie currently if business hours a 9am - 5pm and daylight savings hits, then I need to change it to 10am - 6pm on many many sites.

If it's vmpro service on a windows 7 machine, change the time on the machine.
Make sure you're in the correct timezone for your locale and there is a check box or slider for adjust for daylight saving time automatically.

If it's a UCM or apps server, log in to the web management service < and set the time in Settings>System
Stop the VMPRO service and restart.

yeah but in the instance Im talking about, the IP Office is servicing multiple timezones so Im after a solution where I can do a timezone check not just a time check. eg pabx is in Australia and when Canada changes timezone, modules need adjusting. When Brisbane changes timezone, modules need adjusting. Then Adelaide, Perth, London, etc etc.
The only thing i can think of doing is alot of VB or create some kind of database and do a lookup there
 
Local IP Office control units used for breakout should be handling the time based 'if/then' call routing.
