I have a customer who has 2 seperate sites. Main site has IP Office Server running Media Sever, One X Portal, VM Pro and contact recorder and also 1 x IP500. 2nd site has 1 x IP500. Both sites are connected across MPLS. VM PRO is providing auto attendant for both sites. Every so often, if the MPLS goes down or has any sort of latency, Auto Attendant for the 2nd site does not kick in unless the VM Pro is restarted completely. Auto Attendant for the main site is unaffected. Any suggestions as to what may be causing the issue?

Sounds like you hav mis configuresd the M settings in the remote system

is the remote system configured a an IP500V2 or as a Server Edition expansion?

what settings tdo you have for the voicemail in the system settings of the remote site?

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
