Hi All

IP Office server edition running R11.1.3.1.0 Build 34

Wondering if anyone has noticed this?

I don't have enough VM Pro port as per the licences look like it enabling 1 port per licences not the expected 2.

I know it's wrong as I can see an odd number of VM pro ports which should never happen.

About to run up a lab system on the R11.1 GA release to see if I can reproduce and figure out when it started to happen.

Be careful of how things are described. There is a difference between the license packages Avaya sells and the licenses entered in the IP Office system. So when you buy a Server Edition license (1 item) what you receive is a package of licenses (a server license and a voicemail ports license for 2 ports).

You may also need to tell us how you configured the licensing in the IP Office. For example are you using WebLM? The choice affects how you then configure how licenses are issue. Your IP Office may have two voicemail ports licensed but only been configured to request one of those ports.
