The call routes to my Auto attendant module and I hear the announcement that I recorded.
Option 1 goto group "new" specified as New queued DOES NOT ROUTE
Option 2 goto module "Existing AA" specified as module "New AA" ROUTES OK
Option 3 goto group "Service" specified as Service Queued DOES NOT ROUTE
Dial by name doesn't route
Option 2 Existing AA doesn't route to groups either.
All auto attendant prompts don't route to groups, dial by name (I know you need to state your name in the mailbox), or direct extension dial.
Last week, these were working just fine. However, I lost all programming in VMPRO every time I logged out. Even when I exported then imported the config, the programming was just gone. I reinstalled the service and client and that was fixed. But now the prompts aren't routing.
I double checked all vmpro programming and it seems to be ok.
Any thoughts out there?
