Hello Pros,

I know how to upload wav files to auto attendant greetings, wondering if there is a way to upload them to mailbox personal greetings and mailbox names. Called my distributor tech support and they didn't know how.

I find it easier to record them via the phone, and then upload them, as all the settings are now in place.
Greetings are just in the greetings folder, names are in the names folder. Record via phone, then drop in the folder with the same name. Make sure it's the right format, of course.

If you have access to the VM folder on the VMPro pc, there are subfolders called Greeting & Names, should be able to load them there.

Thanks mojo! I found them in the VMPro subfolders, now just need to try to load a few. I don't like doing remote customer's recordings over the phone because the audio quality is not as clear as a wav file or being on-site.

User greetings are stored in the greetings folder with the name of the user, i.e. for "Mike D" it would be Mike D.wav.
The same applies for the recorded names.
Group names/greetings are stored there too.
