vm pro 9.0 aa greeting cuts off after 30 seconds 2

restarted vm service

exported wav file to my pc and the entire file is there, after about 30 seconds of the 50 second recording the greeting cuts out

found the issue, the no answer timeout had to be higher then the greeting? never heard of that before...

The timeout shouldn't start counting until the prompt has finished playing, that's stupid

I usually set it to five seconds even if the greetings are 20 or 30 or more seconds. And I never had a problem. Perhaps SysMon can tell you more why the call ends.

You sure it's not detecting a tone? Untick allow interruption to see if it helps

Women's voices often mimic DTMF, when my Mrs calls me from her mobile while she's talking I get DTMF tones injected at my side as it thinks her voice is a DTMF tone

If you're launching the AA via a Queued or Still Queued, the group timers may play a role

it wasnt, just a plain old shortcode pointing to the module in vm pro no queued or still queued

adjusting the timer fixed it though
