VM Pro 4.2(34): Reception/Breakout DTMF Not Working?

This used to work, but it was recently brought to my attention that it no longer does. Unsure when it stopped working, but it may have been after the upgrade to 4.2?

When you press 0 during the greeting, the greeting is interrupted, but then it just sits. Transfer *8 doesn't seem to work either, so it may be part of a bigger issue?

The destination is internal, one of hunt groups, but i've tried a regular extension with the same results.

The IPO switch is running version 4.2(23), VM Pro is 4.2(34). These are the latest and last 4.2 versions as far as i know?

Any insight into this is most appreciated.

Reboot of the IPO and VM Pro server fixed the issue - pretty unexpected actually. I was ready to add a menu for each user in VM Pro as a workaround...

I think adding a menu for each user has other implications...

1) I think you lose all MOH
2) It uses a VM Port (you are sitting in a menu waiting for input, playing an announcement).

This is based on some playing around i did over a year ago, but the impression it left was not favorable.
