so randomly vmpro is not doing what i tell it. No rdp there is a physical server with a monitor and keyboard.

One of the options in a module wont take a change it what extension to transfer.

i have rebooted ipo i have rebooted vm server restarted services, basically everything i can think of short of reinstalling vmpro.

i watched the call go through in ssa and i watch when i press the option it routes to another extension.

the extension it is supposed to route to works fine when called, no forwarding or dnd on.

any ideas?

Nope , I just copied the vm short code module and rebuilt it as a normal module instead of a short code and that fixed it

I have installed a VMPro 4.2 today ( shoukd have been a 3.1 but I couldn't find the software ) and whatever number I dialled to start a module I always ended up in the users mailbox. So I upgraded it to 6.0 and now it is working fine. Big advantage is that this can be maintained with a remote client.
The IP Office is a 406v2 on 3.1.
Don't tell Avaya but I have a lot of customers still on 3.x with a VM Pro 6, never had any problem.

A simple mind delivers great solutions

smokin joe i agree, but i have learned with avaya if i can get it working, shutup and leave it
