I have a client with an IP Office 403 3.2(69) with a VM Pro 3.2(39) running on a virtual server. The VM Pro stops working about once a week or so. Restarting the service does not help. Restarting the entire server is what gets it back up. I don't find any errors in the server's log that help. These issues did seem to coincide with moving the system to a new building.
I checked on support.avaya.com and 3.2(39) is the latest version for this release. I'm not sure what else to do, so I was planning to re-install the VM Pro and re-installing it. On the newer versions which I'm familiar with (8.0+), an uninstall/re-install will restore all voicemail greetings, is that the case with this older 3.2? Any suggestions are appreciated.
