VM Pro 3.1.15 Corruption?

Customer wants to upgrade switches and vm to 3.2. Upgrade on switches to 3.2.55 went without a hitch but attempt to remove vm pro via the control panel, add/remove gives an error of installation source is not available.
C:\Wimdows\Installer\544d8.msi
The original CD for vm is not available and the Avaya site does not show a 3.1.15 vm download. Any ideas?

it looks like the windows installer file got erased somehow. you could try windows system restore or undelete your recycle bin if it is in there. but i have had a problem with manager being uninstalled properly and have had to reload windows to get all of the registry files gone.
