VM Pro 2.1 phantom mailbox's

Setup a hot-desk user (right click in user form, say new, configure name & extension number etc., click ok, say NO when asked if you want to create a voip extension, confirm). You can then direct calls to this extension and they will go straight to voicemail. Outside callers can access this mailbox through a get mail token (or *7 in intuity mode)
