VM Pro 2.0 issue

Scenerio....
VM Pro installed on it's own PC, when I open it up it say's on the top Voice Mail Pro (intuity)client version.
Have IP Office, when calling in Auto Attendant works fine, when a message is left in the users mailbox, no light turns on, and when the user hits the vm retrieve button to in initialize there mailbox, VM Pro say's "enter new password" so I enter say..1463 then VM pro say's re enter new password so I enter 1463 VM pro say's INVALID.
Thats my problem I don't know why it's saying that!
The user is set up right in the extention programming Voicemail on is checked and there is no code entered.
I even tried to enter a code and it still tell's me invalid.

Any suggestions please!!!

After dialing *17 press # twice it should ask you for a new password entry.

If the telephone with the messsage is a 64XX then the LED should come on if its POTs it may fail to come on because its not set on the pot.
