We have a new MICS 5 with NAM 4. T1-PRI is working for both inbound and outbound calls. But we can't get VM to call forward to an outside phone # unless we use the back-up Potts CO lines. Has anyone seen this ?
I had the same issue on a NAM with a T1, what worked for me was putting in the area code along with the number without the 1 for long distance. I hope this will help.
Your trying to do an external transfer point off of a CCR tree?
With PRI/ T-1 you will need to set the outdial to use line 010 instead of pool1. MRoberts

Well, acutally I have always used just line 001 but what I have found is that for some reason the vmail chokes when trying to use a pool with a PRI. When you use the line it takes the whole span and works great. MRoberts
