Please forgive me I am new to the Parnter system. Is there any way to send a notification to a cell phone when a vioce mail is left at an extension. They have a 4 port Partner Messaging PC Card.

The feature is outcalling, but it's not available on Partner PC Mail. They would need Partner Messaging, Partner Mail (external), or Partner mail VS R 5.0 (I believe also can do this) to achieve this.

Yes but you would need Partner Messaging R6 or R7.
