VM not picking up!!!

PMVS R 5.0 / 5 slot carrier / 308 Processor / (3) 308 EC's / (1) PMVS R 5.0.
Hunt Grou0p 7 is assigned to 44,45,46,47.
When you dial interc 777 the voice mail rings twice and then goes to dead air. Any suggestions?????
The system has been in use for 3 years and the problem suddenly arose out of no where. I assumed before going on site that the hunt group had somehow been reassigned, but that is not the case the hunt group extensions are correct.

have you tried calling the vm port extensions directly to see if the ports are ok and the vm is answering?
