Vm not answering on 1 extn

I have an extn that the VM will not answer. It will ring the 5 times like the group cover is set to, and then it will ring the operator. I have verified the extn is not forwarded anywhere and is not covered. Below is a print of the extn. any thoughts? Thanks.

Is there a mailbox built (with a phone) for this extension?

yes. i have also tried re-initializing the mailbox
 


This is a long shot but are all the extensions that are part of the licensed ports on the Messaging set to rotary?

Can you log into that mailbox like you wanted to listen to a message?
 

That's worth trying, I don't see anything wrong with the station.

done that tommy :( i think i figured it out though. Waiting for the user to re setup their VM though to confirm. What i figure it was, was we had recently changed the extns to a 5 ring cover delay from a 3 and the transfer delay was still on 4, so i upped it to 6.
 
seems the transfer return was probably the issue as it is working now. Thanks
