Our users sometimes get their messages repeating, like a tape rewind or a stutter. I've had them access their mailbox again, but punching the keys slower - which works for some odd reason. Anyone else have this or know why? Most of us use the # key instead of putting in our extension number when accessing VM from our own phones. Don't know if that matters either?

VM msg's stutter/repeat

What version of messaging? Could be a potential hard drive problem in the near future. It should not make a difference how you access your voice mail. Sounds like the VM file may be getting corrupted somehow or the encoding of the message through the vm port card.
