Greetings All,

One of my customers called and claims that just starting today, when they retrieve VM messages on a system phone, the message time shows on the display instead of the date. They prefer the date.

I've been trying to duplicate this on my bench system with no luck. The date always shows.

They have an MICS w/ a NAM.

Thanks for any insight.

I thought it showed both.
What size phone?

Thanks for the reply, Curlycord.

They have 7310's and 7324's.

I think I may have figured this out. If the caller ID is not captured, call is answered to soon or CID blocked, the time and date displays. If CID is captured, the CID takes the place of the date on the display.

I think it may have been a case of they never really payed too much attention to it until now and thought something had changed or something was broken. I did let them know about the "message envelope" option when playing the message. Hopefully this keeps them happy.
