We had a few users on a couple of exts say that they were not getting their messages when the callers left it. Basically, the incoming caller would leave a VM in the AM and our employee would not see it until later in the day or the next day!! Any recommendations I can look at in Call Pilot or in the BCM itself. Maybe rebuild the mailbox, reset the phone (not for sure this would help)...
