VM Message Delays??

We had a few users on a couple of exts say that they were not getting their messages when the callers left it. Basically, the incoming caller would leave a VM in the AM and our employee would not see it until later in the day or the next day!! Any recommendations I can look at in Call Pilot or in the BCM itself. Maybe rebuild the mailbox, reset the phone (not for sure this would help)...
 
What Ver and Rls are you at?

Software Rls 3.7 Build 2.4f

Older I know but it still should work though b/c it's only effecting 2 users. as far as i know everyone else is ok. I just went in and toggled (turned off-saved then turned back on-saved) the enable msg waiting option. If that don't work I will try to rebuild the VM for those 2 exts.


 
Don't waste your time, rebuild them now.
