Hey all - I have a single VM box that when you connect to VM, enter your password and your in. You go to change the main greeting for the box. It asks for the ext# and you enter it. It immediately says "Enter your voicemail box" . Try again and it immediately says "Enter your voicemail box". It's as if it's the incorrect mailbox number but it's not. Thoughts? Out and rebuild the box?
