VM Lite Multiple Log-ins on IP Office SOHO

If a user access voicemail he gets an error saying "You are unable to retrieve your voicemail now because your account has multiple log-ins. Please disconnect and try again. Anyone seen this on Small Office Edition before?

I've heard this many times on other IP Office systems. It basically means that user is already logged into voicemail as a subscriber. Often happens when a user is in voicemail then gets another call or something - and doesn't totally clear their VM access. Tell the user to wait a minute or two and try again.
