I have a customer who uses VM Lite. When they press 8 during the message to access the VM Menu nothing happens. This had been working before but yesterday they tried to change the recording and it would not work. any ideas?
Its an Avaya thing "corruption2 of the mailbox, if this was working and is now, not then rename the user i.e Mark to Mark 1, restart the VM server a new mailbox will be created, then it will be fine, you can then rename the Mark 1 back to Mark
